1st tour of the ice cream lab
Ice cream canapé to start and off through the backstage area: equipment, processes and the basics of ice cream production.
2. make your own ice cream
In teams, you mix ingredients, put together recipes and process the bases - until the ice cream ends up in the blast freezer. (2 flavors)
3. ice cream tasting
While the ice cream is freezing, we'll pass the time with a delicious ice cream tasting. From classics to specials and how to recognize really good ice cream.
4. your ice cream for home
At the end, you will take home 1 kg of your own creation.
