Albino Sperling

In "Albino Sparrow" we accompany six young adults on their way to certain death. After the global political situation has escalated to a new maximum, faceless human egos decided to launch all active nuclear missiles at the same time and thus inevitably seal the extinction of man.

Now, as the world-eating comets drift hazily across the night sky, three couples gather on the balcony of some loft in some big city in some country and use the last minutes of their lives to confront their past, their present and their hypothetical future. Meanwhile, space contracts around them and naturalism and surrealism blend into a complex but melancholy and morbidly serene molasses.

Desperate to find answers to profound questions, in the end only the most serious of all remains: What do answers matter when our existence is so limited by ourselves? And in the sky the albino sparrow glides in front of the moon.
