Bachelor Abschlusskonzert: Aquatic Dreams | Bachelor Recital: Simon Gums

With his ensemble “Aquatic Dreams,” pianist and composer Alex Demos combines atmospheric soundscapes with the expressiveness of contemporary jazz. As part of his bachelor’s degree recital, Demos presents a program that invites listeners to immerse themselves, dream, and let go. The extraordinary lineup of piano, harp, bass, percussion, and string quartet creates a rich, cinematic soundscape that balances improvised freedom with subtle composition. Inspired by the different facets of water—from still depths to flowing movements to stormy energy—»Aquatic Dreams« transports listeners to imaginary landscapes full of emotion, vastness, and intimacy.
