Ali Doğan Gönültaş sings and plays tembur and acoustic guitar. He is also an extremely talented arranger, artistic producer and composer. He was born in Kiğı, Eastern Anatolia, into a family for whom, like most Alevis, music is an essential means of communicating the history of their people.
The emotion of his expressive voice, the dreamy melodies of his compositions and his profound background shine in all their splendor in the magnificent debut album "Kiğı", for which the artist conducted over ten years of field research. This self-produced album has opened doors to European stages for him.
