amesiame session

In the organizer's words:

Every Friday, I invite you to the Amesiame Sessions.
We gather for 1.5 hours of movement, embodiment, and collective interaction.

Together, we explore what it means to be in the body - to listen, to sense, and to move, in connection with one another.

My background: practices of embodiment and somatic work, African traditional dances, African House, as well as contemporary and contact-based dance.

Amesiame does not follow fixed forms. Instead, each session invites you to listen to the body, move intuitively, and discover individual and shared movement languages together.
