Animierte Kurzfilme: WHAT A FEELING - EDITION 2 | STOLZ
In the organizer's words:
Dear friends, animation lovers, and those who want to become one,
It’s about time! We invite you to the second edition of our animated shorts screening: “What a Feeling.” This time, we’re focusing on the feeling of STOLZ—pride as in radical queer pride, but also pride in our own work, our bodies, and each other.
We’ll start at 8 p.m. with a collective animation session: Together, we’ll create a frame-by-frame animation. No prior experience is necessary—let’s just draw together and enjoy the result at the end.
We’re especially excited that filmmaker Simon Steinhorst will be our guest for a conversation about his film “Emil.” “If stuttering were allowed, I’d stutter loudly and proudly,” explains the protagonist, Emil.
To make the most of summer, we’ll watch the program outdoors (we have a backup plan in case of rain). Feel free to bring clothes for the evening, a seat cushion, or whatever else you’d like to make yourself comfortable. Admission is absolutely free; donations are very welcome.
The program is mostly in English or features English subtitles. Some of the films contain explicit content, including erotic scenes (for example, involving root vegetables) and nudity. More information about the program will follow.
