Rodenkirchen is set to enjoy a unique cinematic experience: atabout communication, located at Barbarastraße 15-17, the relaxation film“Nature Path”byCINESPA by Audiospawill be screened. The screenings will take placeon Thursday, July 30, and Sunday, August 2. This marks a first for Rodenkirchen, as the cinema here is not being used as a venue for action or drama, but rather as a space to take a deep breath.

Behind the project are composerGordon Lueckeland filmmakerMarkus Rosensträter. Their approach is clear: In a time when many people can barely find peace amid daily life, news of crises, and constant stress, CINESPA aims to provide easy access to relaxation and inner balance. The motto fits perfectly:“I’m off to be with myself.”

Nature imagery, music, and tranquility

“Nature Path” takes the audience on an audiovisual journey through expansive nature imagery, precisely curated color palettes, and specially composed music. The creators describe it as a scientifically inspired concept that artistically incorporates insights from music and color psychology.

The music is almost entirely by Gordon Lueckel, while Markus Rosensträter handled the visual design. Together, they have developed a format designed to have a particular impact through the interplay of space, sound, and image. The goal is not traditional entertainment, but rather a brief respite in the midst of everyday life.

A new format for southern Cologne

With the screenings in Rodenkirchen, this special format is now coming to the south of Cologne. Anyone who wants to experience cinema in a different way has the opportunity to do so here: quiet, atmospheric, and with plenty of space to unwind.
