Aquarell Workshop im Südstadt Künstlerstudio
In the organizer's words:
A creative atmosphere awaits you in my studio. I’ve been working here as an illustrator and artist for several decades. My work is well-known from magazines, books, and television. Let yourself be inspired by a true professional and instructor who will guide you into the world of watercolors—completely in the flow and without any pressure to succeed.
Sketching, coloring, watercolor techniques—whether “wet-on-wet” or “dry”—tips and examples, finding inspiration and experimenting—just clear your mind and lose track of time. What will we work on and what will we create? That depends entirely on the workshop you choose. I offer both intensive and one-day workshops. The content varies slightly depending on the workshop, of course, since more or less time is available. Guidance is provided throughout the course. In the process, we practice harnessing the gradients, the flow of the water, the serendipitous elements, and the medium itself to bring our vision for the drawing or watercolor to life. Short watercolor sessions help us practice dynamic, loose brushstrokes—while longer sessions can be used for more in-depth studies, three-dimensional volume, light and shadow, precise anatomy, and colorful interpretations.
The course is suitable for everyone! Beginners and experienced artists are equally welcome.
I look forward to seeing you all! It’s going to be wonderful.
