On Sunday, August 16, we invite you to join us for DAYDRINKING at the Rosenhöfe in Ehrenfeld.
Nicolas Kais, sous-chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant TAKU in Cologne, will guide you through the day with fine-dining snacks. Look forward to regional ingredients and culinary craftsmanship at its finest!
Sommelier Dennis Ruhl from the Vendome restaurant —awarded two Michelin stars and5 Gault&Millau toques— is the one who turns this daydrinking into a true drinking experience.
The extensive wine list covers everything from easy-drinking entry-level wines to “nasty” natural wines and one-of-a-kind bottles from our rarities list.
Aaron Nicolai will be on hand to lend a friendly hand, as well as bring exclusives and goodies from BOLLINGER .
Of course, we also have soft drinks and cold Mühlenkölsch.
We look forward to turning Sunday into Saturday with you over good food, great drinks, and laid-back beats.
