Auszeit! Fitness Party — Brasil meets Colombia

Three hours of downtime. Two continents. One dance floor.

On October 3, we’re bringing Latin America to Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Auszeit! invites you to “Dance with Us”—featuring the two dancers and founders, Enrique Matteo from Colombia and Junior Salvatori from Brazil.

No class, no lines, no counting. A fitness party with real beats and two instructors who’ll get you moving.

There will be a 15-minute break between each segment. You can join at any time.

FOR WHOM
For anyone 14 and older who enjoys movement and music. No prior experience or skills required. All levels welcome.

BRING
Plenty to drink, workout clothes, and a towel. A changing room is available.
You’ll be dancing and sweating—and that’s no exaggeration.
