Our nervous system is with us every day—through moments of stress, joy, overwhelm, or connection. The better we understand how our autonomic nervous system works, the easier it is to make sense of our own reactions and learn to self-regulate.

This knowledge is a powerful resource, especially for marginalized people. It’s not about always being calm or relaxed. Sometimes, regulation also means finding a way out of powerlessness or paralysis and into clarity, connection, or productive anger.

In this workshop, you can expect 🫶

 About Kuem

Kuem (he/no pronouns) is a transmasculine person of color, a trained sexological bodyworker, craniosacral therapist, and somatic coach.

With great openness, curiosity, and sensitivity, Kuem guides people in rediscovering their bodies as a resource. Working with TIN*, queer, and BIPoC communities is particularly important to them. Their workshops invite participants to engage with themselves in a playful way—without pressure to perform, but with plenty of space for their own process. 🤍
