Disco to Goth
Today, DJ Psycho Joney serves up a mix of select genres that once thrilled the underground scene at London’s Blitz Club in the late ’70s and early ’80s. The two resident DJs, Steve Strange and Rusty Egan, skillfully straddled the line between disco, EBM, synth-pop, hi-energy, new beat, new romantic, new wave, krautrock, and goth.
The vintage tunes from back then, plus tracks from the last few decades right up to the present day, all pulsing with that same spirit.
