As diverse as India's languages, cultures and art forms are, so too are its regional cuisines.
This event focuses on the culinary heritage of Bengal, which is now shared by modern Bangladesh. Passionate food enthusiasts Lars-Christian Koch, Kamalini Mukherji and Bickram Ghosh could easily spend hours - if not days - sharing their enthusiasm for Bengal's rich food culture. Together with author and food historian Chitrita Banerji, a renowned expert on Indian cuisine, they form a culinary quartet that will open this special evening at the stylish BORA restaurant on the first floor in Duisburg. You can look forward to a lively conversation full of memories, anecdotes and recommendations - rounded off with small samples of spices and finger food.
The second part of the evening continues with a concert in the hall from 20:00 - a separate ticket is required for this, which can be found in the BORA or Philharmoniker ticket store!
