bilk 13 - that's Gert Blankenstein (lead vocals, bass), Klaus Bühren aka Nick Bauer (guitar, bass) and Alex Don (drums). The band is based in Düsseldorf. bilk 13 is a prog-punk band from Düsseldorf. The band combines the roots of punk rock with versatile influences from stoner rock, alternative and metal. Their last 3 singles present the band in all their diversity: the latest single Unter Wasser (released 01.07.25) is the high point of their musical development for the time being. What was started in the song Die Flut (release 09/23) is consistently continued with "Unter Wasser". Atmospherically dense dystopias with opening harmonious choruses that not only lend the songs unexpected twists and turns, but also give them hope. The punk-rocky C'est la vie (release 09/23) brings out the life-affirming side of the band. After the 2020 album "manipuliert" still came partly with English lyrics, the lyrics are now written exclusively in German. The songs are created entirely DIY and are "independent" in the truest sense of the word - without producers, sound engineers, labels or managers. The band gained live experience at venues including the legendary Ratinger Hof in Düsseldorf and the Blue Shell in Cologne.

The Outpace Bandinfo The Outpace, which roughly translates as: Leave behind/hang out: These are common translations, especially in a figurative sense. That's more or less how it is now in the current constellation. We leave everyday life with all its small and big problems behind us as soon as we are in the rehearsal room. What counts is the music, which blows your eardrums away and stimulates your synapses to shake your head, tap your feet and, after the second listen at the latest, shout along to the choruses. The Outpace from the music stronghold of Düsseldorf (and a little bit of Wuppertal) play a mixture of rock'n'roll that combines the attitude and energy of punk with the musicality of hard rock and heavy metal. In other words, a brutally evil mixture that you really must experience on stage. The Outpace formed back in 2022, but there were always changes in the line-up, so there was a lack of continuity. It was recorded, it was played live, but only now is it really taking off. The previous 3-piece is hot as chips to finally take the stage. Everyone in the band is experienced enough. They have played numerous concerts in different line-ups and spent time in various studios. All of this experience is now bundled together and brought to you with our greed for volume.
