The "Cologne sing-along king" Björn Heuser is back on tour - and this year there is something very special to celebrate!

The likeable and original Cologne singer-songwriter has been on the road for no less than thirty years, singing along with the people, writing songs for himself and many other performers in the cathedral city and is considered a "professional Cologne singer".

When he wrote his first song in a makeshift basement studio in 1996 and - initially for five years with his father - got people singing at small events, little Björn would never have dreamed that he would even make it "from the little pub boy to the arena and stadium".

In the meantime, "der Mann met däm Hoot" has almost 800 (!!) sing-along concerts on Friday evenings at Gaffel am Dom under his belt, has been filling the LanxessArena for 10 years with his "Kölle singt" format - where he also set the attendance record in 2018 with 20,216 tickets sold - and is regarded as a figurehead and pioneer of today's numerous sing-along movements in Cologne and throughout Germany. Heuser is the original. He was the first to get people singing Cologne songs with just a guitar. In the pub, in the brewery, even regularly in front of fifty thousand people in the Rheinenergie Stadium at the big Christmas sing-along or the home games of FC Köln.

Reason enough to celebrate the "30 years" with a corresponding anniversary tour - and of course with a new album! In addition to his function as a lead singer, Björn Heuser is also a busy songwriter for himself (12 studio albums!) and other performers. Unlike the brewery concerts and party formats, these cabaret evenings are seated and the focus is not only on singing along, but also on listening. Heuser's charming, humorous and informative announcements and stories about the songs are the salt in the soup! The setlist includes the great Cologne hits, but also new songs from his pen.

Free lyric booklets for the audience make it easier to sing along to the newer songs and ensure a lot of fun when singing together. You can sway, sing and laugh!

S-Bahn:

S12/ S19 stop "Porz-Wahn". From there it is about a five-minute walk to the Eltzhof.

Bus:

KVB lines 160, 162, 163, 164 stops Wahn-Kirche or Wahn S-Bahnhof

BY CAR:

A59 (airport highway) to exit Wahn, then follow the main road (Heidestraße) in the direction of Wahn S-Bahnhof until Wahn Ort, turn into Sankt-Sebastianus-Str. at the intersection. Parking is available both directly at the Eltzhof and in the adjacent EDEKA parking lot, where the Eltzhof parking spaces are marked.
