Björn von Morgenstern is currently one of the most sought-after newcomers on the German comedy scene. He took to the stage at an early age - first in the theater, later as a stand-up comedian. In 2013, he took first place in the "patter rapper" category at the Abitur and it quickly became clear: this man will tell stories. And on a stage.

Björn talks about his life - and about the misunderstandings you get into when you perceive the world a little differently to the rest. He loves to lead his audience mentally in one direction, only to turn off somewhere completely different with perfect timing. His trademark: a smug grin that gives away the fact that something unexpected is about to happen. By the end of the evening, it feels less like a show - and more like a conversation with an old friend.

As a finalist for the NightWash Talent Award 2024 and winner of the Cologne ComedyClash 2025, Björn has made a name for himself in a very short space of time. Appearances at NightWash, Quatsch Comedy Club and Downstairs Comedy Club, among others, as well as over 250 mixshow stages in just a few months speak for themselves. At the same time, his community grew rapidly: Within a year, he gained 150,000 followers on Instagram.

Since August 2025, Björn has been hosting his own format "BOM - BEST OPEN MIC" every Monday at Comedy Club Düsseldorf. The title says it all - here you get exactly what it says on the tin.

In his first solo program, Björn talks about his youth in the village - between traffic circle festivals and creative highlights of the provinces. He talks about the feeling of discovering many things much later than everyone else, and about how absurdly big the world suddenly seems when you enter it for the first time. Even his time in the German army is given a surprisingly creative twist in his very own logic.

It rarely gets serious. It often becomes absurd. And it's guaranteed to be funny.
