Blind tasting: Close your eyes and enjoy. Don't worry, not literally of course. We're repeating our daring experiment and you can be part of it. Four devilishly good Sparklys will be poured into your glass without you having seen them beforehand. The denouement will be revealed along with a few small bites.

So, dear sparkling wine lovers and flavor novices, come and push your taste buds to their limits. Only one flavor counts here: enjoyment!
