Parties, friends, great freedom - the summer vacation of a typical teenager. But not for the solitary Ivy (Bella Ramsey), who prefers to withdraw after surviving cancer. For this reason, her overprotective parents sign the 17-year-old up for a four-week stay at the Children Run Free Camp for young people with cancer. Convinced that she is facing the worst time of her life, Ivy moves into her accommodation at the "chemo camp" and unexpectedly finds like-minded people in a group of outsiders who quickly become friends.
