In the organizer's words:
Two disparate employees of a small Danish butcher's dream of standing on their own two feet. The ambitious but insecure Svend has inferiority complexes and the lethargic Bjarne has his girlfriend. The only thing they have in common is that they are butchers and hate their tyrannical boss Holger. To escape this servitude, they open their own butcher's shop together. Their dream comes true. After initial teething troubles, it is a bizarre coincidence that leads to an unusual new meat specialty in the shop window.
