In this session we combine our love for yoga and breath and combine a dynamic Jivamukti yoga practice with a transformative breath journey.

We will start with a short intro talk on breathing technique, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and then we will move from asana into breathing.

The asana practice brings body and energy into movement. Transformative Breathwork is an activating breathing technique that gives you direct access to your body memory. With the connected breath technique, we can get in touch with our subconscious, release and integrate accumulated energy and emotions in our system.

Your hosts:

Katharina is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and has been teaching since 2015. She has also been an Intesoma Breath Coach and Breathwork Facilitator since 2022.

Ann-Sofie has been a yoga teacher since 2022. In 2024 she completed the 75-hour Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Teacher Training in Bali to continue the 300-hour Jivamukti training in India in February 2025. She is also currently training to become a breathing coach.

There are some contraindications to Transformative Breathwork.

Contraindications include

Pregnancy, panic attacks, psychosis, untreated/severe post-traumatic stress disorder, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, past heart attacks, epilepsy, stroke and seizures, glaucoma, high intraocular pressure.
