How can one reimagine a well-known instrument and an ancient musical culture in a new and perhaps completely different way? Experimental musician Carme López from Galicia shows us how: In her music, she blends tradition, the present, and a vision of the future into an exciting total work of art. Inspired by oral traditions and radical sound concepts, she creates fascinating soundscapes that transcend folklore, blending the bagpipes with her voice.
