As we do every year, we’ll once again be at the zakk street festival with an information booth, plenty of materials, and Moses’ 11th Commandment (“Thou shalt pay for your own Kirchentag”).
After all, the 40th German Evangelical Kirchentag will take place in Düsseldorf in May 2027, subsidized by the City Council with 5.8 million euros in taxpayer money, while the cultural scene is currently being cut to the bone. This cannot go unchallenged.
