Important notes on ticket purchase

Admission from the age of 18. Proof of age is only required at the door - regardless of whether you have a ticket or not. There is also no "MuttiZettel"

No guaranteed admission.

Despite a valid ticket, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry (e.g. in the event of heavy crowds, security concerns or inappropriate behavior).

Fast Lane access.

Tickets allow entry via the Fast Lane, but there may still be waiting times.

Ticket = admission authorization, not a reservation. A ticket entitles the holder to admission, provided the admission criteria are met and capacity permits.

No refund in case of non-compliance with the admission rules!
