Immerse yourself in Das Erdreich - a theatrical bus trip to the Rhenish lignite mining area. In Bürgewald, on the edge of the Hambach open-cast mine, decay becomes a creative force. Between researchers, residents and a mysterious fungus, a world unfolds in which new things grow from collapse. An immersive expedition into the hidden world beneath our feet.

Arrival: 18 - 18:15 (Please be at the departure location by 18:15 at the latest.)
Departure: punctually at 6:30 pm / End: approx. 10:30 - 11 pm

Information on accessibility:

• The event lasts approx. 3.5 hours and includes an approx. 35-minute return journey by coach. The play takes place outdoors as a kind of walk.
• The bus and the event are unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users and people with walking disabilities.
• There are no accessible toilets at the venues. The play includes uneven footpaths.
• Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome. Please let us know if you are bringing a dog to the performance.
• Please let us know if you would like to be picked up from the nearest bus or train stop and accompanied to the venue.
