Dave Davis - "Konfetti für alle!"

Dave Davis has long been an institution in Monheim am Rhein: whether at the Monheim Kulturwerke or as a celebrated speaker at the Monheim carnival - Davis combines Rhenish cheerfulness with profound wit in a virtuoso manner. With his new program "Konfetti für alle!", the exceptional entertainer is now celebrating his premiere at the Kulturraffinerie K714.

The two-time Prix Pantheon winner and winner of the German Comedy Award has long since developed into a subtle cabaret artist. In his new "humor work", he declares confetti to be a manifesto against gloom. Davis' thesis is that although the madness of the world cannot always be changed, it can be disarmed with ease and humor.

The audience can expect a cleverly constructed mix of pointed stories, musical interludes and razor-sharp observations of everyday life. The trained musician juggles perspectives with virtuosity and proves once again why he is considered the "Ristretto of cabaret": strong, focused and highly effective against any social whining. The quintessence of the evening: you can't always change the madness of the world, but you can throw confetti at it.
