David Rolland: Hit Hip Pop Classic Parade
In the organizer's words:
It’s a party, it’s a dance, it’s a hit parade for young and old. A grand celebration where the audience—equipped with headphones—is invited to follow two dancers in original choreographies set to hits from classical music, opera, pop, rap, and disco.
A rousing musical medley of works by Bach, Bizet, and Mozart meets songs by the Village People, the Lebanese singer Fairuz, and music from *Saturday Night Fever*. Through playful and inviting, simple choreography, the audience becomes part of grand opera scenes, ritualistic dances, and exuberant group moments.
