The writer Bernard lives in a magical-realistic world with a sheep and in a turbulent relationship with his girlfriend Agata. A human-sized grasshopper appears. Bernard learns of his father's fatal diagnosis and has to come to terms with the fragility of life and the meaning of his own existence...
With a strict, highly stylized aesthetic, Imanov stages a visually captivating dream world in which the rational and the bizarre go hand in hand. A work full of surprises that confuses and provokes thought. Source: Berlinale
