Wild West, in the middle of the 18th century: The Apache chief Abahachi and his blood brother Ranger are responsible for peace and justice. When Abahachi takes out a loan from the Shoshone to finance a tribal tavern, trouble begins: He gets caught up with the crook Santa Maria, who not only puts up a junk front for him and runs off with the borrowed money, but also blackened the blood brothers' names with the Shoshone. As a result, the "folding chair" is unearthed in the land where the Shoshone live...Michael "Bully" Herbig (bullyparade) made his debut as a film director with the comedy success ERKAN & STEFAN. In the turbulent satire "Der Schuh des Manitu", he not only acted as producer and writer, but also as director and double lead.
