Die Schule der magischen Tiere
In the organizer's words:
Full of Holes – Based on the Children’s Books by Margit Auer
A story about courage, friendship, promises, and fighting for something together.
“On stage!” is the call for the students in Miss Cornfield’s class at Winterstein School: They want to put on a play about Robin Hood. Their enthusiasm couldn’t be more
, but for Ida, the main focus is on the visit from her best friend Miriam, who will be attending school with her for a few weeks. Before Ida moved, the two were inseparable
and had no secrets from each other.
Now Ida faces a difficult decision: Can she keep the secret of the magical animals from Miriam and keep her promise? And what happens if she can’t? Meanwhile, her teacher is grappling with entirely different problems: Someone is digging numerous holes on the school grounds at night. If the auditorium is closed, the play is in danger of being canceled…
Since 2013, Margit Auer has been telling the adventures of Ida, her class, and the magical animals at Winterstein School.
Fifteen volumes have been published so far, three of which have been adapted into films.
