DRK-Konzert für Menschlichkeit

Under the patronage of Minister President Hendrik Wüst, the DRK Düsseldorf will host the Concert for Humanity for the second time on September 26, 2026, at the Tonhalle Düsseldorf.

That evening, the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Stephan Frucht, will perform well-known masterpieces by Mendelssohn, Liszt, Puccini, and others. They will be joined by world-famous stars Albrecht Mayer, Bomsori Kim, Julia Kleiter, Illia Ovcharenko, and the choir of the Städtischer Musikverein zu Düsseldorf. Journalist and television host Sandra Maischberger will guide the audience through the program.

As in previous years, the proceeds from the evening will go toward the Ukrainian Red Cross’s wide-ranging humanitarian aid efforts within Ukraine. We also aim to strengthen the disaster response efforts of the German Red Cross (DRK) in Düsseldorf.
