And that’s exactly what hardly anyone prepares us for.

How do I lead people without compromising who I am? How do I communicate clearly, even when things get tough? How do I provide direction in times of uncertainty, change, and high pressure? And how can I lead others when I’ve barely lost touch with myself?

This interactive workshop focuses on modern leadership beyond power games, micromanagement, and empty leadership clichés. Instead, we’ll explore what people need today to take on responsibility, build trust, and succeed together.

Drawing on the latest insights from psychology, neurobiology, and modern leadership research, we’ll explore the fundamentals of effective leadership. Participants will reflect on their own attitudes, learn the importance of self-leadership, and gain concrete insights into communication, collaboration, and team leadership.

The focus is not on the “perfect” leader, but on the ability to lead authentically, clearly, and with humanity. After all, good leadership does not begin with methods or tools. It begins with the way we treat ourselves.

The workshop combines in-depth knowledge with reflection and practical exercises. Participants receive concrete tools for their day-to-day leadership roles and develop an understanding of leadership based on clarity, trust, responsibility, and psychological safety.

The workshop is aimed in particular at founders, young leaders, subject matter experts, and individuals in growing companies who are taking on responsibility for teams or preparing for a leadership role.

Because one thing becomes clear time and again: Companies rarely fail because of technology. More often, they fail due to a lack of communication, unresolved conflicts, and leadership that holds people back rather than empowers them.

Leading without bullshit therefore doesn’t mean less leadership. It means better leadership—with both heart and mind.
