EatMe – Independent Pop Between New Beginnings and Nostalgia EatMe plays independent pop and rock with influences from shoegaze, hyperpop, and folk. Guitars, electronic elements, and pop melodies come together—sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, sometimes direct, sometimes dreamy. The songs revolve around transitional phases, growth, and everything that defines one’s twenties: self-doubt, upheavals, friendships, love, and the struggle to move forward after setbacks. They’re about moments when you lose yourself and then find yourself again. For their upcoming EP, set to be released at the end of the year, the band has further evolved their sound: more open, more atmospheric, and with more room for experimentation, energy, and dynamism.
