Eco Printing - Pflanzenabdrücke auf Textil

Eco-printing involves working with plants to create vibrant patterns on fabric. Leaves and flowers give off their colors and shapes - and when the bundles are opened, each piece becomes a little surprise and a unique one-off.

You will start with an introduction to the basics of eco-printing and learn which plants are particularly suitable. You will then design your fabrics, bundle them and prepare them for the steaming process. Finally, we will open the textiles together and look at the resulting prints.

The workshop teaches the basics of bundle dyeing or eco-printing and shows how individual patterns and color traces can be created on textiles using simple, natural materials.
