EIGHT DAYS

EIGHT DAYS isan eight-day journey into expression, community, and vitality. Various exercises from the fields of dance and embodiment provide the framework within which we explore our own expression. Through guided group processes, we learn to better recognize and understand ourselves and discover exactly why we are here, right here, right now. At the end of the journey, the experiences of these eight days come together in a choreographed video project.
