In the organizer's words:
How is wood turned into an instrument? Before the Hoagascht, internationally renowned guitar maker Stefan Meigel from Bad Heilbrunn will provide insights into his craft and the construction of a guitar. In an impulse talk and during an exploration of the grounds, the focus will be on special woods, craftsmanship and the process of creating the Nantesbuch guitar from a spruce (bog pine) that fell over in a storm.
Part of the event is a walk (approx. 90 minutes) into the grounds. Please make sure you wear weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes and sun protection etc.
