Facing the cold has been one of my most important tools to improve my mental and physical fitness in recent years.
By surrendering to the breath, we can learn to feel what is behind the initial stress or fear of the cold. And for many people, this seemingly small detail leads to big life changes.
Are you ready to jump in at the deep end?
In the 2.5-hour workshop, we will share our stories, breathe and connect together and after preparing together, we will go into my 0.9 degree cold ice bath.
Coffee, tea, water and snacks are included.
Please bring your own towel and swimwear.
