Group 1 - 12:15-13:45 - adult & child between 7-10 years old
Group 2 - 14:00-15:30 - adult & child between 5-7 years old
Group 3 - 15:45-17:15 - adult & child between 3-5 years old
Physical closeness is often neglected in everyday life - yet loving touch is also an important anchor for older children. In this workshop, parents and their children consciously take time for each other.
Child-friendly massage techniques, small relaxation exercises and playful elements create space for calm, trust and new shared experiences. Parent-child massage not only promotes body awareness, but also emotional bonding - far away from the hectic pace and pressure of deadlines.
What is learned has a lasting positive effect on everyday life together and builds a connection and communication far removed from words.
Ideal for bundles of energy who otherwise rarely sit still.
