Eröffnung: Media art is here

From August 13 to September 13, the city of Karlsruhe will be transformed into an open-air exhibition space!

From the Marktplatz to the Alter Flugplatz and all the way to the Alb, visitors can experience contemporary media art for free and gain new perspectives on public space and our role within it. The presentation takesplacealongside theSCHLOSSLICHTSPIELE Light Festivaland invites visitors to rediscover Karlsruhe through media and light art over the course of four weeks.

Featuring works by Antoine Bertin,Vera Gärtner,IRIS-A-MAZ,Desiree Kabisand Eveline Vervliet, Isabelle Konrad,Lejel JahosandDaniela Vargas, Yulia Mashkova and Grisha Mumrikov, Isabel Motz, Nis Peterson and Josefine Pilar Scheu, SangDoo Nam, Norina Quinte and Andreas Hölldorfer (ato) withVOLNA, Lucile Schwörer-Merz,Karolina Sobel, andNicolas Völzow.

The opening ceremony will take place on August 12 at 6:30 p.m. at the ZKM in Karlsruhe. All interested parties are warmly welcome!
