"Everything is bluish and a little pink and there's this person and he's standing on a springboard getting ready and at some point he spreads his arms out and jumps into the night."
The YPK used extreme sleep deprivation, liters of mate and various phases of the moon for this interdisciplinary piece development. After all, artists have always been struck by lightning at night. Thousands of stories and dream worlds are created as a result; werewolves and water ballets, goddesses and gas stations show their true colors at night. In the darkness, hidden in alleyways, lurk figures and thoughts that haunt us, creep unnoticed into our dreams and continue to cast their shadows the next day. But the night can also be a source of light, a place of refuge, a recharging station. Especially for people who don't feel free to be who they are during the day.
