Extraviolette

Extraviolette is a disco, funk, and soul band from Leipzig, and after their first show in April, they’re now returning to the Tonne at the Moritzbastei! The nine-piece band brings the disco era of the 1970s and ’80s back to the stage with all the trimmings: pulsating music with a powerful voice, a horn section, percussion, and drums—plus the signature vibe and outfits! Extraviolette released their EP*Leave the Ground*in 2025 and has recently made a name for themselves in Leipzig with concerts and collaborations, such as withItalo Fundamentaloand thePolyester Club. This time, Extraviolette is once again joined byMöbelnder Pop, the expert on disco, Italo disco, and all sorts of obscure gems, who’ll be rocking the pre- and after-show parties.
