At the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS - Stories of failure in love on February22, 2024 at the new location Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, you will get the perfect mix of emotional, funny and helpful: two personal stories, relieving stand-up comedy and professional tips on how to make relationships work better in the long term. Want to be entertained and inspired to think? We'll kick off the evening with open conversations about the failures and successes of love and celebrate open and respectful interaction.

At the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS, you'll be surprised to see how much you recognize yourself in the stories of others and what differences you notice. The four speakers of the evening will share their personal experiences and messages with you.

is a singer, activist and career counselor. Her philosophy of life is "No love in the world is worth your health". This attitude is no coincidence. She will tell you how Zazou ended her 11-year ex-relationship, how she talked about it at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS and how things developed for her afterwards at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS Cologne Vol. 21 on February 22 from 7 pm!

Tobias Born

There are two sides to everything in life, right? Here comes the made-up truth from Tobias Born. True to the motto: If you have to think outside the box, then please dress warmly. Well-known fairy tales are turned inside out so that they can no longer be read without bias, small talk is fundamentally taken apart and mansplaining à la: "You just don't have the balls!" is nipped in the bud. Always with a lot of self-irony and a wink. Fancy clichés? You can forget it - with Tobias Born at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS Cologne Vol. 21!

Christian Völl

is an IT consultant in the automotive industry and, at the age of 35, has already gained extensive international experience, including longer stays in the USA, Switzerland and China. He currently works mainly in Germany. In addition to his professional passion for technology and innovation, he is an enthusiastic basketball player in a Cologne club and enjoys exploring the city and its surroundings by bike. In his free time, he enjoys a variety of sports such as golf, squash, beach volleyball and jogging. The sporting balance not only supports his fitness, but also allows him to enjoy the culinary delights of his sophisticated cooking skills while burning calories at the same time.

With a passion for stand-up comedy, he brings humor into his everyday life. He is currently discovering Buddhism and the principles of mindfulness as tools to overcome life's challenges. A recent encounter that originally started as a Tinder jackpot has changed his life forever. He will share this experience with a unique and personal perspective.

David Friedländer

is 44 years old, works and lives in Düsseldorf. After studying law in Munich, he worked in Berlin as a research assistant in the Bundestag. He has been working in the field of medical law since 2014. He is also trained as a mediator and systemic coach at the INeKO Institute at the University of Cologne and advises people in a wide variety of life situations.

Socially, he is involved in the organizations "Meet a Jew" and "Keshet" for Jewish and queer life in Germany.

At the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS on February 22, 2024, he explains what he believes is needed for a self-determined life and shows us three exercises on how we can develop step by step into the person we want to become.
