At the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS - Stories of failure in love on - Attention, the date has been postponed to - November 6, 2023 you will get the perfect mix of emotional, funny and helpful: two personal stories, relieving stand-up comedy and professional tips on how to make relationships work better in the long term. Want to be entertained and thought-provoking? We'll kick off Monday evening with open conversations about the failures and successes of love and celebrate open and respectful interaction.

At the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS, you'll be surprised to see how much you recognize yourself in the stories of others and what differences you notice. The four speakers of the evening will share their personal experiences and messages with you.

Melek Sita

lives in Cologne and Bodrum, is 43 years old, describes herself as a visionary and a courageous scaredy-cat. She works as an editor and German trainer. However, she spends most of her time touring the most beautiful beach clubs in Turkey as a DJ. In her column on http://www.was-uns-bewegt.net, she reflects on world events and amuses us with her dateg stories. And sometimes she gets tired of chasing her dreams. Fresh back from working paradise at 40 degrees (phew!) and lots of sunshine, she will tell you her story at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS in Cologne.

Her migration background: First daughter of a Turkish immigrant family at the end of the 70s.
Expectations of them: High.

Markus Parnow
is an artist. Coach. Man. In his life, he is actually just looking for ways to spend his day with intimate encounters between brush, paint and paper. Time and again, he finds himself in situations where he talks to people about feelings, underlying needs and desires. Sometimes he helps people to crack the current nut that is standing in the way of their happy relationship life. In his search for THE ONE TRUE love, he somehow ended up in an open relationship with his wife. Along the way, he picked up fails and learnings and power phrases. His favorite phrase and the mantra of his marriage is: "Real love and absolute honesty, I won't do it for anything less." At the next FAIL IN LOVE NIGHT in Cologne, he will talk about how this came about and what it means for him and his partners.

Laura Brümmer

Oscar presenter, Broadway star and an icon. She's not all that! You didn't recognize her right away? That's okay. She's never been on television either. Born in Cologne, she is a trained musical actress and has loved being on stage from a young age. Her passion became her profession, but unfortunately she doesn't earn enough money from it. That's why she's now trying her hand at stand-up comedy, so that she doesn't earn any money with it either. Her mother is very proud of her. Most recently as an actress on tour with Tarzan - the Musical, Laura dances and sings her way through the theater landscape of Germany and Austria, collecting a lot of unintentionally funny comedy material. A cheerful Rhenish character with stories from everyday life, from someone who doesn't have an everyday job, with short vocal performances, acting and a large portion of self-irony. And that's what she'll be bringing to FAIL IN LOVE NIGHT Cologne Vol. 17 on November 6, 2023.

Andreas Einig

After training and working in industry, Dr. Andreas Einig (born in 1971) went on to study social sciences. In addition to his subsequent managerial work in the social sector, he completed further training as a supervisor, coach and organizational consultant. His subsequent experience in his role as HR manager and head of organizational development in the business world, as well as his part-time work as a consultant in the field of HR and organizational development, ultimately led him to the BBT Group's corporate development department. From 2002 to 2012, he headed the Corporate Development department, was responsible for strategic HR management in 2012/2013 and from 2013 to 2015 was in charge of HR, organizational and corporate development at the BBT Group's headquarters. He has been responsible for BBT Consulting since 2015. In his doctorate, Dr Andreas Einig dealt with the topic of spirituality in personnel and organizational development. And at the FAIL IN LOVE NIGHTS, he brings a fresh perspective on why people fit together or not and how to deal well with conflicts.
