The Dachverband der Elterninitiativen Augsburg e. V. celebrates its 20th anniversary!

Family festival with activities for young and old and a colorful stage program in any weather.

Background to the Dachverband der Elterninitiativen Ausburg e. V.:

28 member facilities enrich the childcare landscape in Augsburg and the surrounding area for children from crèche age to the end of primary school and are supported by the umbrella organization in an advisory and accompanying capacity.

The member facilities of the umbrella organization remain independent, self-organized and autonomous parent initiatives of different sizes, with their own concepts and traditions in the education and care landscape for children and contribute a great deal to a colourful and diverse care landscape in Augsburg and the surrounding area.

The umbrella organization's member facilities currently offer a total of 1117 childcare places in crèches, kindergartens and school childcare in and around Augsburg.

The umbrella organization and its members want to celebrate this diversity and are inviting everyone to a public family festival:

On Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Annahof

In addition to welcoming speeches by Lord Mayor Eva Weber and Education Officer and Mayor Martina Wild, there will be hands-on activities for young and old at the initiatives' stands as well as children's activities on stage and a cozy area with muffins, drinks and coffee.
