In the organizer's words:

Important information:

- Before attending the first event: please stop by the Jazzweek Infobooth at the Stadtgarten. We will scan your ticket and give you a wristband for all days and a Philharmonie ticket.Only the wristband grants admission to all events. The exception is the Philharmonie, where the separate ticket grants admission.

- If you arrive at the Philharmonie on September 7 before you have collected your wristband, we will hand out the ticket at the main entrance. In case of complications, please contact the Jazzweek staff.

- If you are not planning to go to the Philharmonie, please send a short cancellation e-mail to festival@jazzweek.de.

- The ticket/wristband is not transferable to other persons.

- We reserve a few seats in a good location for festival ticket holders at each seated event until 10 minutes before the start of the concert.
