About the movie:

Alice (Lena Urzendowsky) was accused of civil disobedience after an environmental action and sentenced to community service. She is supposed to look after Cam (Kotti Yun), who is traumatized after a racist attack. When Cam decides not to extend her stay in hospital, Alice takes the withdrawn woman to live with her in a middle-class villa in Dresden. There, something in Cam unravels; in this idyllically protected environment, she is able to awaken. Alice takes care of her and becomes increasingly fascinated. The unexpected affection is palpable. But the relationship changes and Cam holds up a critical mirror to Alice's care - and will go her own way.

Two very different young women who challenge each other, eventually open up to each other and recognize each other in an unusual way. In clear, meditative and lyrical images, which increasingly become a flow, an intense, errant generational portrait and an enigmatic homage to the Elbe in Dresden emerges.
