De pequeñxs, creamos mundos fantásticos para dar sentido a nuestro entorno. Pero ¿qué ocurre cuando la magia de la niñez se ve enfrentada a la realidad adulta? Lxs protagonistxs de este programa deben aprender a conciliar lo que una vez fue su refugio con un mundo complejo y lleno de sinsentidos.

This program will immerse you in the world of Spanish-language short films. With contributions from Argentina, Mexico and Spain, you will embark on a journey between experimental documentary and fantastic feature film. A mystical solar eclipse, the poetry of not belonging, masochistic forms of faith and a little bit of childhood magic: the program combines our reality with a large portion of fantasy. After the films, the directors present will give an insight into their work and answer questions from the audience.

People in the Argentinian province of Misiones are haunted by invisible forces during a solar eclipse. Slowly but surely, the boundaries between reality and fantasy become blurred.

Inthis film essay, director Mariana Mendivil deals with the feeling of not belonging after her parents migrated with her as a small child. Photo snippets, animal images and barren landscapes form a poetic collage.

Pupils, students, pensioners, people on federal voluntary service, the unemployed, welfare recipients and people with disabilities receive tickets at a reduced price (one reduced ticket per screening) of EUR 7.00. The ID card or certificate must be presented at the entrance to the cinema.
