In an increasingly digital world, families face new challenges: How much screen time is appropriate? What risks lurk on social media? And how can we work together to develop a healthy approach to digital media?

The workshop “Fit in the Digital World” offers parents and children the opportunity to explore these questions together—on equal footing, in a practical way, and with many interactive exercises. The goal is for you and your child to acquire basic knowledge about smartphone use and social media, practically apply data protection and privacy settings, develop strategies together for dealing with the risks of digital interaction, familiarize yourselves with the media usage agreement, and thereby foster open dialogue about media use within the family.
