Flasche leer, gib sie her! – Pfandsammeln für den guten Zweck!

At large events, returnable bottles are usually left behind and collected by the AWB, which then crushes and incinerates them. Yet each returnable bottle could be reused up to 50 times. Bottle collectors, on the other hand, focus on the lighter plastic bottles and cans.

That’s why, for the third year in a row, we’re organizing a “Glass Savers” campaign at the CSD. Together with many wonderful people and supported by Gaffel and Früh, we’ll collect the empty reusable bottles and return them to the cycle. At the street festival (Friday & Saturday), we’ll have two stations at Heumarkt and Alter Markt. During the CSD parade (Sunday), we’ll march as a group with two trucks.

100% of the deposit money goes to ColognePride. Last year, we were able to donate an impressive €1,111.
