Best start of the year: FLOW x PAINT your picture 2026!

When yoga meets free painting, the result is always something incredibly beautiful, intuitive & inspiring. As always, we will flow through an opening & connecting yoga class on January 9th. You can focus your attention on your 2026 direction: What do you want your year to be like? What are you inviting, what do you see & feel? Then grab your brush, palette knife, paints, vino & secco (also non-alcoholic :)) and bring your personal 2026 to the canvas: Intuitively, without system, without pressure - and in a group full of heart, fun & support <3
