THIS IS A LOT... A Launch Event by FRANK BERLIN
In the organizer's words:
FRANK BERLIN is launching with an evening of talks, reflection and open exchange exploring mental health in modern life.
The event brings together invited speakers from psychology, research and lived experience to share perspectives on the inner realities we often keep private.
This is not a panel in the traditional sense, and not a therapy session. It is a space for thoughtful input, honest conversation and meeting people who are interested in mental health beyond stigma, self-optimization and small talk.
Expect invited talks, room for reflection, and time to connect afterwards.
For anyone interested in mental health, psychology, human experience and more honest conversations.
